Some themes come with Contact pages built-in. If this is the case, you can make a page with a standard “Contact Form” just create a page called “Contact” (if you haven’t already) and select “Contact” or “Contact Page” in the Template drop-down menu that’s in the “Page Attributes” box on the right-hand side of the page editor.
If your theme doesn’t have a contact page template included, you can install the Contact Form plugin to add the same (or even better) functionality.
– Just go to Plugins/Add New in the WordPress menu and search for “Contact Form”.
– Contact Form should be the first option, and you can install and then activate it.
– “BWS Plugins” will become a new menu item in your WordPress menu, and after clicking on it you can add/change the email address where you would like to receive messages and edit fields that you want to appear on the contact form.
